1. General terms

1.1 This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedure of collecting, processing and storing personal data of UAB Begalybės valdymas electronic store (hereinafter – www.infinitiboutique.lt) and www.infinitiboutique.lt customer (hereinafter – you, your).
1.2 The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
1.3 By providing your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that www.infinitiboutique.lt will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedures provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.
1.4 We undertake to sell the goods to persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you can only buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.3 Recipient means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data have been disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public bodies having access to the data shall not apply to the recipients of the data; these data, those authorities’ temporary targeted data protection rules for the processing of customized data are processed;

2.4 Third party-means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other than the data subject, the controller, the processor or persons authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or the processor;

2.4 Consent of the data subject-means any free, specific and unambiguous expression of the will of a duly informed data subject in a statement or unequivocal act by which he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;

2.5 Data subject – a natural person whose personal data is processed;

2.6 Special categories of data – personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as data revealing health data, data on a person’s sexual life and / or sexual orientation.

3. Collection, processing, storage of personal data

3.1 www.infinitiboutique.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:
3.1.1 Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.
3.1.2 Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
3.1.3 Personal data is constantly updated.
3.1.4 Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.
3.1.5 Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such a right.
3.1.6 All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
3.2 www.infinitiboutique.lt respects your right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, age group, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.2.1 process your orders for goods;
3.2.2 issue financial documents (for example: invoices);
3.2.3 to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
3.2.4 fulfill other contractual obligations;

4.1.2 The Seller has the right to transfer the information to third parties only for the purposes of clause 3.2.
4.1.3 Only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Registration submission rules

5.1 You must provide complete and correct information about yourself in the registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, we have the right to cancel your registration and delete the data or restrict your access to the e-shop.

All disagreements and disputes shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
