These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop “E-shop”).
2. Purchase-sale contract
The agreement between you and Us is considered concluded from the moment when you click on the “Order” button in the e-shop, after creating a shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and getting acquainted with our rules. Every contract concluded between Us and you is stored in the e-shop.
3. Client rights
You have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop. You have the right to terminate the contract of purchase of goods – the contract of sale with the e-shop, except in cases when the contract of sale can not be terminated, according to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Client responsibilities
You must accept the ordered goods and pay for them in the agreed amount. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must inform us immediately.
5. Our rights
If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the order. In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying you in advance. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
6. We commit
To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. Deliver the goods ordered by you to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period or serve you upon arrival in the salon. We are obliged to contact you and offer a similar product if we are unable to deliver the ordered product to you, and if you refuse to accept an analogous product, we will refund the money paid by the Client within five (5) working days, if the prepayment was made. Money is returned only by bank transfer to the Customer’s bank account.
7. Payment for goods
You can pay through the electronic banking system, pay in advance or pay for the goods by picking them up at the salon.
If the goods are ordered by special order, the e-shop may require a 50% advance payment. The order is executed only upon receipt of payment.
When ordering goods, we undertake to deliver the goods within the terms specified in the goods card. The seller must deliver the goods to the consumer no later than within 7 working days from the conclusion of the purchase agreement. The seller and the buyer may agree on another term for the product. If it happens that we do not have the goods in stock, we will contact you and arrange a separate delivery date. If there is a prepayment, we will refund the money.
The total delivery time of the order is determined by the longest delivery time in the order.
The goods are delivered by the seller or the carrier authorized by the seller. The goods are delivered to the buyer’s pre-specified address and only to the place where the car can approach. We deliver all goods, regardless of their weight, FREE throughout Lithuania.
You can also pick up the goods in our showroom in Vilnius.
During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Our authorized representative. When you sign the bill of lading, the shipment is considered delivered. If you notice a violation of the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. When you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order.
9.1. Returns of quality goods are based on the rules approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania: ‘The sale of items and services when the contracts are awarded by means of communication’ (Order No. 258 of 2001.08.17 and ‘The return and Exchange rules’ (Order No. 217 of 2001.06.29).
Goods purchased through the Site can be returned within 7 business days from receipt, if You are not satisfied with the shape, size, colour, etc.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received. Shipping costs are paid by the Client, unless the returned item is defective.
The right of returns does not apply on Gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not redeemed in Cash.
9.2. Returns of defective goods are based on the rules approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania ‘The return and Exchange rules’ (Order No. 217 of 2001.06.29).
InfinitiBoutique.lt is committed to replace the goods, remove the defects or refund the cost of the defective goods, if the defects are manufacturer’s defects which existed at the time of purchase of the goods, or the defects occur due to inappropriate specifications of the manufacturer.
9.3. Before returning the goods the Client must inform InfinitiBoutique.lt by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The Client receives a return form needed to be completed. When returning the goods the Client must enclose the acquisition and guarantee documents and the completed return form.
The returned goods are subject to the following conditions:
9.3.1. The returned item must be in its original manufacturer’s box;
9.3.2. The return item must be with all accessories, documents and other extras as received by the Client;
9.3.3. The item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition as received (the tags / protective pellicle, etc. have not been removed, the item has not been sized);
9.3.4. The item must be undamaged by the Client.
9.4. The conditions 9.3.1-9.3.4. do not apply if the returned item is defective.
9.5. If the defective item is returned the Client may choose to require:
9.5.1. To replace it by a similar undefective item, unless the defects are minor or they occurred by the Client’s fault;
9.5.2. InfinitiBoutique.lt within a reasonable time to remove defects free of charge;
9.5.3. To refund money paid for the item and to withdraw from the contract when the sale of defective item is fundamental breach of the contract.
9.5.4. The Client can choose only one of methods specified in 9.5.1 – 9.5.3.The Client must inform about his choice when returning the item.
InfinitiBoutique.lt is committed to change the goods, remove the defects or refund the cost of the defective goods, if the defects are manufacturer’s defects which existed at the time of purchase of the goods, or the defects occur due to inappropriate specifications of the manufacturer.
If the Client chooses one of the methods specified in 9.5.1 – 9.5.3 but InfinitiBoutique.lt cannot implement it InfinitiBoutique.lt offers an alternative method specified in 9.5.1 – 9.5.3.
9.6. Returns of the goods are made by following the instrustions InfinitiBoutique.lt will send You.
9.7. The Client returning the item must indicate the address of the comsignee, pack the item properly to protect it from the damage during shipping. InfinitiBoutique.lt is not responsible for parcels packed improperly, sent to the wrong address, lost or damaged during shipping.
9.8. InfinitiBoutique.lt has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods if the Client do not follow the conditions of return.
9.9. If the goods are returned due to the Client’s withdrawal from the contract in accordance with paragraph 9.2, InfinitiBoutique.lt provides the opportunity to return the goods free of charge.
If the item is returned in accordance with the paragraph 9.1 the Client will be required to pay the cost of return.
9.10. Money for returned goods is refunded only by bank transfer to the Client’s bank account.
Money for the returned goods is refunded within 5 (five) working days after the item has been received by InfinitiBoutique.lt.
InfinitiBoutique.lt assumes no responsibility for the delay or failure of the payment order for refund, if the Client does not provide Us the required data or the data is incorrect.
10. Warranty obligations
If the goods are defective at the time of delivery, the seller undertakes to remove them. The company UAB Begalybės valdymas first has the right to repair the product or replace it with another product at its own discretion. If the goods are re-delivered defective or if delivery is delayed within the relevant period specified by the buyer, the buyer may: demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the order.
The duration of warranty obligations is indicated next to each product in months, counting from the moment of delivery of the product.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the consequences. You are responsible for the actions taken using the e-shop.
In case of any misunderstandings regarding the quality of the goods, warranty, other questions or regarding the delivery of the order, please always contact us (Contacts) and we will try to help and solve the problem promptly.

12. Sending information
We will send all notifications to the e-mail address provided in your registration form and, if necessary, contact us by the specified telephone number. You send all notifications and questions to the address or e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of our e-shop or call the specified telephone number.
The Buyer agrees that UAB Begalybės valdymas will be available in his e-mail. address and other data provided by the buyer (Name, surname, telephone number, etc.), also gives permission to store this data and allows the Seller to send newsletters to the buyer.
13. Final provisions
13.1. These Terms have been made in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. These Terms apply to the relationship arising from Lithuanian Law.
13.3. If any provision of these Terms is against the law, or for any reason becomes partially or completely invalid, it does not void the remaining provisions.
13.4. All the disagreements, come on enforcement of these Terms shall be resolved by negotiations. If the parties fail to agree, the dispute shall be finally settled by the courts at InfinitiBoutique.lt location in accordance with Lithuanian law.
